London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 3.7% in the week ending 13 November, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £116.47, up from £112.36 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy grew by 1 percentage point to 86.3%.
Average room rate rose more robustly by 2.5% to £135.03, up from £131.75 in the corresponding week in 2004.

The Bench - which is partnered with US firm Smith Travel Research - provides online benchmarking data for in excess of 34,000 hotels in more than 400 markets.
The online service allows users to track their performance in average room rate, occupancy and revpar in a variety of formats and to measure their daily performance against their competitors.
