The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 18 February, 2007

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 23.1% in the week ending 18 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar rose to £103.28, up from £83.87 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Occupancy grew by 4.5 percentage points to 78.4% while average room rate rose by 16.1% to £131.74, up from £113.46 in the corresponding week of 2006.
