The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 19 March, 2006
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) dip by 1.8% in the week ending 19 March, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar fell to £108.81, down from £110.78 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy dropped by 3.2 percentage points to 80.4% while average room rate rose by 2.1% to £135.28, up from £132.43 in the corresponding week of 2005.
