The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 25 February, 2007
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 7.8% in the week ending 25 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar rose to £103.59, up from £92.65 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy edged ahead by 1.5 percentage points to 80% while average room rate rose by 9.8% to £129.43, up from £117.90 in the corresponding week of 2006.
