The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 25 March, 2007
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 19.6% in the week ending 25 March, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar rose to £112.96, up from £94.42 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy increased by 1.3 percentage points to 82.9% while average room rate soared by 17.7% to £136.76, up from £115.75 in the corresponding week of 2006.
