The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 7 May, 2006
London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) rise by 8.4% in the week ending 7 May 2006, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar climbed to £90.01, up from £83.05 for the same period last year.
Occupancy rate increased by 3.3 percentage points to 76.6% while average room room grew by 3.7% to £117.45, up from £113.22 in the corresponding week of 2005.
