The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 9 April, 2006
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 12.9% in the week ending 9 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar grew to £90.68, up from £80.29 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy increased by 9.9 percentage points to 82.1% to counter a 0.7% drop in average room rate to £110.46, down from £111.27 in the corresponding week of 2005.
