The Felbridge Hotel to undergo £3m rebrand to Crowne Plaza Felbridge
The Felbridge Hotel and Spa at East Grinstead, Sussex, is to be rebranded as the Crowne Plaza Felbridge in a £3m refurbishment plan.
The renovation on the 116-bedroom hotel, which is owned by Cerberus Capital Management and managed by Interstate Hotels, is expected to be completed in April, and will see the transformation of the hotel's public areas, restaurant, meeting rooms, banqueting suites, bedrooms and suites.
The Chakra Spa's five treatment rooms, gym, indoor pool and steam room will also be revamped.
A private dining area will also open in the Bay Tree Restaurant. The private room will be surrounded by glass, enabling guests to be part of the main restaurant while maintaining privacy. New menus will be introduced for the Bay Tree, the Qube Bar and 24 hour in-room dining menu.
Karl Emerick, general manager at the Crowne Plaza Felbridge said: "I am very much looking forward to welcoming existing guests and introducing new people to the refurbished hotel, as it continues its journey to become one of the finest hotels in the south east."
