The Hyatt Regency London – the Churchill makes two new appointments
Lars Windfuhr has joined the Hyatt Regency London - the Churchill as executive chef. He previously worked at the Grand Hyatt Cairo, having begun his career with Hyatt International in May 1999 as a demi chef de partie for Hyatt Regency Cologne.
Meanwhile, Conor O'Leary has become director of food and beverage at the same hotel, joining from Andaz London Liverpool Street. He started his career in five-star hotels in October 1999 as head waiter at The Tenth Restaurant in the Royal Garden hotel.
