The Langham London launches Private Dining by Roux
The private dining offer marks the second phase of the 378-bedroom hotel's extended partnership with Albert and Michel Roux Jr to run the property's entire food and beverage operation, It will comprise day delegate, breakfast, canapé, and dinner and executive lunch menus for autumn/winter.
In June an all-day 'snax' menu, created by head chef Chris King and Michel Roux Jr, was launched in the Artesian bar.
The new menus will offer the Chez Roux hallmarks of classic French cuisine interpreted with a modern twist, with the same level of service experienced in the hotel's Roux at the Landau restaurant.
