Forest Side

Forest Side, a 20-bedroom hotel and 50-cover restaurant set in a 19th century building near Grasmere in the Lake District, is set to launch later this month after a £4m renovation. The hotel is part of the Wildsmith Hotel Collection and former L'Enclume chef and head forager Kevin Tickle will head the kitchen.
