Tim Brooke becomes general manager of Jersey's Legacy Hampshire hotel

The newly-named Legacy Hampshire hotel in Val Plaisant, St Helier, Jersey, has employed Tim Brooke as its general manager. Brooke was previously general manager at the De Vere Grand hotel in St Helier between 1994 and 2004 and was general manager of the Water's Edge hotel in Bouley Bay until December 2008.
