Tower Hotel Management to operate Holiday Inn – Central Park Manchester
Located on the outskirts of Manchester city centre, close to the Manchester Velodrome and Etihad Stadium, the hotel was previously managed by Prima Managed Hotels (also known as Finney Management). However, when Prima Hotel Group, parent company of the managed division, went into administration, James McGarr, managing director of 888 Hotel Company, pulled out of the agreement with Prima.
Tower Hotel Management, which operates a portfolio of properties under a variety of brands including Hampton by Hilton, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express, is part of the real estate and investment company Peel Group.
James McGarr, managing director of 888 Hotel Company, said: "We are very excited at this appointment.
