TripAdvisor introduces automatic request for hotel reviews from guests

TripAdvisor has announced a new system to collect hotel reviews following a guest's stay.

Minesh Shah, senior director, global hotel partnerships at TripAdvisor, said: "According to a recent study, 70% of hospitality business owners say they have taken steps to improve their quality of service as a result of TripAdvisor reviews."

Hoteliers who use Review Express have seen an average 33% uplift in their number of reviews on TripAdvisor.
