Two Ramada Jarvis hotels on market for £14.5m

Jarvis Hotels has put two of its Ramada-branded hotels up for sale as part of its wholesale review of its assets.

The 103-bedroom Ramada Wetherby in Yorkshire is on the market for £6.75m and the 120-bedroom Ramada Gatwick East Grinstead for £7.75m.

Jarvis is hoping to sell the two, through agents CBRE Hotels, to a single buyer but is also prepared to sell them as individual businesses.

The sale is the latest by Jarvis, which has been taken back into private hands by chairman John Jarvis.

In February it put its 377-bedroom Ramada Plaza Regent's Park hotel in London up for sale, with a rumoured £65m price tag, as well as the 82-bedroom Ramada Jarvis Kensington, in west London, for £12.5m.
