Vicki Richards to head marketing strategy in UK for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has appointed Vicki Richards as senior director of marketing for its four UK properties.

Richards, previously senior director of sales for the UK, will oversee all sales and marketing activity for the Four Seasons hotels in Park Lane, Canary Wharf, and Hampshire, as well as the new Four Seasons hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, which is due to open in late 2016.

She takes over from Kristien Deleersnijder who has moved up to the position of vice president of sales EMEA at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

Prior to joining the company, Richards was director of sales and marketing at Grosvenor House for seven years. She has also run Marriott International's London sales office and held senior sales roles at the London Marriott Park Lane, Renaissance Chancery Court hotel and the Dorchester. She started her career in 1993 as group sales coordinator at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
