Village hotel sells for close to £475,000

Michelle and Michael Parker are the new owners of the Morar Hotel in the Scottish village of the same name. The hotel, 41 miles from Fort William, features 30 en suite bedrooms; dining/function room facilities for up to 100 people; and a bar that pulls in the locals. Staff accommodation comprises seven en suite bedrooms, plus kitchen. The property sold for close to the asking price of £475,000. The agent was Colliers Robert Barry, acting for Marion Manson.
