VisitBritain has launched a new publication providing tips on how accommodation providers can maintain top-quality facilities and improve customer service.
Quality Edge is designed for serviced accommodation as well as self-catering properties, caravan and holiday parks.
It is published twice a year and distributed to more than 22, 000 properties which participate in VisitBritain's quality assurance scheme.
"Quality Edge provides advice as well as information about the full range of VisitBritain's marketing activity, which accommodation providers have access to if they participate in our scheme," said Steve Farrant, VisitBritain's general manager of quality.
"We also aim to share information on topics such as safety, finance, wider tourism issues and Disability Discrimination Act," he said.
