The Edge Hotel School is a partnership between the University of Essex, its academic partner Kaplan, and the Edge Foundation.

•Damir Terzic has just been appointed as interim general manager of Wivenhoe House, taking over from the inaugural general manager, Stephen Mannock, who has left the hotel following his appointment as general manager of the King's Head hotel in Cirencester.
