For kitchens seriously into stir-frying, a new 500mm wide wok module from Charvet delivers 32kW or 110,000 BTU per hour of heat from a single ring comprising 21 gas jet burners.
A controlled "rolling" water bar and direct-to-drain facility helps keeps the top relatively cool while aiding cleaning. The new unit can be used stand-alone or built into a modular
or bespoke cooking suite.
