Inception Group to open Mr Fogg's bar in London's Soho

Inception Group is to open its Mr Fogg's bar brand in London's Soho early next year.

The company, which is also behing the Bunga Bunga, Maggie's and Cahoots concepts, has taken the lease of the former Le Relais de Venise L'Entrecote' restaurant at 50 Dean Street.

It will be the eighth London site for the Mr Fogg's brand, which is based around the life of Victorian traveller, Phileas Fogg.

Inception Group has changed the planning permission from a restaurant use (class E) to a bar use (sui generis).

Charlie Gilkes, co-founder of Inception Group (pictured above left), said: "We are very excited to be bringing Mr Fogg's to such a prime location in Soho and we can't wait to reveal the very unique concept we have imagined for this space."

Inception Group opened its latest site, Mr Fogg's Apothecary, in Mayfair earlier this year after securing a loan from landlord Grosvenor's Tenant Investment Fund.
