John Stawicki appointed executive chef of ME London hotel

John Stawicki has been appointed executive chef of ME London, including STK restaurant, Radio rooftop bar, the hotel lobby bar and Marconi Lounge.
Stawicki joins the hotel after holding the same position at Amba hotels. He has previously worked at the Booking Office at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Indigo restaurant at One Aldwych hotel.
He will work alongside Vincent Menager global corporate and concept chef for the hotel's parent company The One Group.
ME London general manager Samantha Kandou-Fulton said: "We are delighted to welcome John to ME London. We are counting on his expertise to elevate our excellent food & beverage offering to new heights."
