June 2026 Michelin additions: All the new restaurants added to the guide

The Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland has added 12 new restaurants to its online listings.

The guide updates its recommendations each month based on its inspectors’ travels, with any additions highlighted by a ‘New’ symbol.

It will not be confirmed if any of the restaurants will receive a further star, Bib Gourmand or other award until the launch of the 2027 guide.

New additions included Burro in London’s Covent Garden, the first solo outpost from Conor Gadd, the chef co-owner of Trullo in London’s Islington. The restaurant opened in March and has been praised by the guide for bringing “classical, unfussy Italian goodness to the city centre”.

Meanwhile, Daise by Tony Parkin in the Wirral, which was launched in partnership with his wife Laura and chef Andrew Sheridan in February, has also secured a listing in recognition of his tasting menu “shot through with well-judged Asian flavours”.

Taq in London’s Notting Hill, which reopened this March after 20 years as Taqueria, was also described by the guide as a “haven for taco lovers”.
