Hotel management company Leaf Hospitality will manage the 150-bedroom Hampton by Hilton Blackburn when it opens later this year.

The property, which will sit at the heart of the £100m Frontier Park mixed use development outside the town centre, is owned by Eurogarages and is being developed by Monte Hospitality, a property development and investment company owned by Eurogarages.

The contract sees Leaf Hospitality expand a property management portfolio that includes DoubleTree by Hilton, Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn Express-branded properties across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

Richard Farrar, managing director of Leaf Hospitality, said: "We're delighted to be working with the team at Monte Hospitality and to evolve our relationship with Hampton by Hilton. We'll manage this new property like it's our own, blending an approach focused on profitability and guest satisfaction with integrity and entrepreneurial flair."
