The Compass-owned sports and entertainment caterer is looking to offer a wider selection of street food from the 2026/27 season
Levy, the sport and hospitality division of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has entered a multi-year agreement with Manchester United.
The partnership will see the caterer deliver a series of matchday and stadium enhancements ahead of the Premier League team moving to a new stadium by the 2035 Women’s World Cup Final.
From the start of the 2026/27 season, Old Trafford will offer new draught beer taps across all areas, more self-service bars, frictionless kiosks and new digital signage for spectators.
Levy will also introduce a wider selection of street food, spotlight local, independent Manchester vendors at kiosks outside the stadium, and provide more choice at the Red Café.
Omar Berrada, chief executive at Manchester United, said: “Improving matchdays at Old Trafford is an essential part of our strategy for Manchester United. Old Trafford holds a unique place in world football, and whilst we have plans for a new stadium in the long term, we have a responsibility to ensure we’re continuing to invest in our facilities and services in the short term.
“The changes we are introducing will bring greater choice and better service for supporters across the stadium.”
Old Trafford is already in the process of improving its facilities, with plans for an uplift of its Executive Club spaces this summer.
Levy UK + Ireland also provides catering services at Aston Villa Football Club, Huddersfield Town FC and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
