London's Landmark to host Chef conference

The 21st Caterer & Hotelkeeper Chef Conference will take place at the Landmark hotel in Marylebone, London, on 16 April 2003.

The conference will see some 350 chefs and catering managers gather together for a day-long series of lectures, debates and masterclasses aimed at tackling the management and supply chain issues that can face chefs in the workplace today.

The day will be rounded off by a five-course dinner, prepared by the hotel's executive head chef, Gary Klaner, served in the hotel's dining room.
