Lush by Tom Kerridge to cater all events at Davenport House

Chef-restaurateur Tom Kerridge's catering company has been appointed official caterer at wedding venue Davenport House in Worfield and will look after the food and beverage offering for all events and wedding receptions at the Shropshire property.

Owned by Joe and Lizzie Adams, the Grade I-listed Georgian house will be able to cater for up to 200 guests. The menus - designed by Kerridge, executive chef Kieran Reilly and the team - showcase British produce, drawing inspiration from Kerridge's Michelin-starred pubs, the two-starred Hand & Flowers and the one-starred Coach, both in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

Dishes include Loch Duart smoked salmon with pickled gherkin, compressed apple and garlic bread; smoked lamb shoulder with pomme boulangère, salsa verde and charred hispi cabbage; and caramelised white chocolate mousse with blackberry sorbet and salted oats.

Lush is also a preferred supplier of Saatchi Gallery, Hampton Court Palace and Dulwich College in London; Amber Lakes in Wraysbury, Windsor; and Cowdray House in Midhurst, West Sussex.

Kerridge said: "We are delighted to have achieved this partnership with Lizzie and Joe at Davenport and aim to bring the quality of standards at the Hand & Flowers, as well as the philosophy behind them to every catered event and occasion.

"We have taken the time to design a selection of menus suitable for different styles of events and hope that within it, there will be something for everyone."
