Nyx Hotels opens first Scottish property in Edinburgh

Fattal-owned Nyx Hotels has opened its first Scottish site in Edinburgh.

Nyx Hotel Edinburgh comprises 125 bedrooms and the Clash bar and restaurant.

The Jeffrey Street property, located near the Royal Mile and Waverley Station, is the latest outpost in Nyx’s ongoing expansion across cities including Berlin, Dublin, Ibiza and London.

The hotel has created 60 new jobs in the area and signalled a £60m investment in Edinburgh.

Nyx Hotels UK & Ireland is owned and operated by Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland hotel group, which is part of Fattal Hotels.

The Nyx hotel brand was launched in 2016 and made its UK debut in London’s Holborn in 2021.
