Other speakers include Nicola Boston, culture and experience lead at Holiday Extras, and Liz McGivern, vice-president of people and culture at Red Carnation Hotels, who will join a panel discussing how to become a Best Place to Work in Hospitality, following the luxury hotel group’s Best Employer Award wins at the 2023 and 2025 Cateys.
Alongside individual speakers, this year’s Summit is designed to be more interactive than ever, giving delegates the chance to connect, exchange ideas and tackle challenges together. “We’ll also bring you insights from former Best Places To Work winners, as well as curating a Hackathon in the afternoon to overcome some of the biggest challenges impacting hospitality’s people.
“Afterwards, join us for some drinks on a (hopefully sunny) balcony overlooking the Thames to toast 2026’s Best Places To Work winners. We’ll see you there!”
