This pub in Bedfordshire has relaunched under new ownership and management after an extensive £500,000 revamp and extension. It now includes a converted stable block comprising eight self-contained bedrooms.

Menu Dishes include smoked haddock and prawn fishcakes with pea purée and a home-made lemon mayonnaise; oven-baked, corn-fed chicken supreme with dauphinoise potatoes, winter vegetable purée and jus; steaks from the Brasa grill; and desserts like sticky toffee pudding and lemon posset.
