A look at the latest restaurants, hotels, pubs and bars to open their doors.

Mondrian Shoreditch

The opening of the Mondrian Shoreditch in east London marks the brand's return to the capital following a significant refurbishment of the former Curtain hotel by interior design studio Goddard Littlefair.

The 120-bedroom property, which includes 13 suites, will play host to artistic pop-ups and live performances in the Screening Room.

The hotel will have a number of food and beverage options, including Christina's, an all-day dining and drinking venue on the ground floor, and Bibo Shoreditch, chef Dani García's first restaurant in the UK, located on the lower ground floor and with an open-kitchen tapas bar. An all-day dining room will serve dishes including pulled oxtail brioche with mushroom, DG sauce and rocket; a Russian salad with potato, extra virgin olive oil mayo, tuna belly, fried quail eggs and garlic chips; and jamón croquetas.

Guests will have access to the rooftop Altitude at the Curtain for breakfast, with the space reserved for private members for the rest of the day.
