The Crown Tavern in Lee, south east London, has reopened after a refurbishment that has preserved many of its original fixtures.

Typical dishes Seared hake and scallops with a brown crab and potato cake, shrimp sauce and wilted kale; and a duo of Devon lamb of pan-seared rump and a slow-roasted lamb shoulder shepherd's pie with charred courgettes
