Openings: The Hydrant

Pub firm Fuller, Smith & Turner invited London Fire Brigade commissioner Ron Dobson to officially open its latest City pub, the Hydrant, earlier this month. The Hydrant underwent a nine-week transformation and now has a new cellar and an extended upper gallery.

Typical dishes Crispy buttermilk chicken, braised octopus and spiced monkfish; and roasted beetroot and chargrilled baby artichokes
