People Summit: How to take a strategic approach to supporting wellness

Taking a strategic approach to mental health and wellness will be the focus of day five of the free People Summit Webinar series tomorrow.

As leaders and teams across hospitality struggle to sustain new levels of resilience, a stellar panel will explore how to best support yourself and your colleagues in The Caterer's final free webinar in the People Summit series.

Taking place tomorrow at 10am, panellists including Andrew Berrie from Mind, chefs Chantelle Nicholson, Andrew Clark and Unilever's Alex Hall, and Camilla Woods from Hospitality Action will discuss how to spot the signs that someone is not themselves, provide ideas for strategies on how to safeguard your team's health and explain where to find support and resources.

The Caterer editor James Stagg said: "Living as we do with such uncertainty, we all need to look out for each other. In a hospitality environment where people are taking on more responsibility while also working in unfamiliar conditions, the problems can be even more acute.

During this session we'll seek to explain how leaders can create a culture that supports their teams, providing a structured approach to wellness with techniques that will help themselves and those around them."
