Adrian Watters, head chef, Balham Kitchen & Bar

Adrian Watters has joined Balham Kitchen & Bar in south London, part of the Soho House group, as head chef. He launched the Electric cinema and brasserie in Notting Hill and was formerly head chef at Hush restaurant, both also in the capital.
