Thai Smiles buys a third restaurant in Basingstoke

Thai Smiles has opened its third restaurant with the acquisition of the Bistro Je'Taime in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Kamonwan Numthong and N Khanthong have bought the leasehold on the 130-seat town centre restaurant for around the asking price of £165,000.

It joins their existing Thai Smiles restaurants in Weybridge, Surrey, and Teddington, Middlesex.

The Winchester office of property agent Christie & Co handled the sale for Tradewinds UK, which ran the bistro for five years. Tradewinds intends to concentrate on its other Bistro Je T'aimes in Reading and Oxford.
