Purefoy Arms pub up for sale for £60,000

The Purefoy Arms pub in Hampshire has been put on the market with a guide price of £60,000 by Christie & Co, Winchester.

The Grade II-listed property features a 20-cover bar, a 40-cover restaurant, four bedroom owners' accommodation, a rear garden and a car park.

It also has two semi-detached storage barns, one of which is a fully fitted-out bakery.

A Rightmove listing for the pub states there is scope to develop the site further through a conversion of the side barns, subject to planning permission.

Chef Gordon Stott opened the Purefoy Arms in May 2018, following his role as head chef of the Sun Inn in Hampshire.

The listing states the pub reported a net turnover of £617,284 and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of £60,962 for the year ending 30 September 2022.
