£15,500 shaved off price of Glasgow restaurant for quick sale

Creevy LLH has shaved £15,500 off the asking price for Saninno's restaurant in Glasgow city centre to achieve a speedy sale.

The asking price for the 56-seat Elm Street restaurant has been reduced from £45,000 to £29,500 as the current owner wants to concentrate on another business venture. .

The property is part of the main Sauchiehall Street/Bath Street licensed circuit and benefits from both lunchtime business and repeat trade from the nearby King's Theatre.

It achieved profits of around £42,000 in 2005 on sales of more than £200,000 (net of VAT).
