Proudest career moment Being part of the team to win 5 rosettes as sous chef at Restaurant Sat Bains.
Greatest inspiration Sat Bains, the most inspiring chef I have ever worked for. I always use his voice in the back of my head to keep pushing myself.
Ambition To own my own restaurant, carry on cooking natural British food and focus on purity of flavour.
Paul Foster has bagged a host of culinary awards, culminating in the William Heptinstall Award in 2006. This allowed him to experience stages in a number of internationally renowned restaurants including WD-50 in New York.

Foster honed his skills at Restaurant Sat Bains, where he quickly progressed to sous chef. He is currently head chef at Tuddenham Mill in Suffolk, where he raised the restaurant from one to two rosettes in his first month there.
