Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov has revealed plans for his third London venture, Rextail.
Located on Albemarle Street in Mayfair, Rextail will feature an international menu with premium fish, meat and game.
Head chef Adrian Martin, who has joined from The Birley Group, will oversee a menu including Irish Black Angus and Snake River Wagyu steaks, Denham Estate venison loin with wild cranberries and yuzu scented black cod.
Overseeing the restaurant will be Livio Italiani, who has joined from the hospitality division of Chelsea FC to be general manager at Rextail.
The restaurant will be Novikov's third in London, after Novikov Restaurant and Bar in Berkeley Street and Brompton Asian Brasserie.
