B-Soho restaurant and bar to open in London's West End
A new pizza restaurant and cocktail bar is set to open in London's West End next month, with the launch of B-Soho.
The first restaurant venture from Project Nightclub founders Luca Maggiora, Jordan Rocca and Antonello Dato in conjunction with Alula Leisure, the 100-cover B-Soho will open on Poland Street on 6 September.
Spread over two floors, it will feature a ground floor bar and downstairs dining room with large communal tables, with each floor accommodating up to 50 diners.
Neapolitan born chef Raffaele Medaglia, who also runs Dubai-based artisanal pizzeria Rosso Vivo, is consulting on the menu, which will feature a range of pizzas cooked in a hand-built brick oven for just 90 seconds at 900e_SDgrC.
The general manager is Osman Sezgin.
B-Soho's ground floor bar will serve pizzas and cocktails accompanied by live music from Tuesday to Saturday. The 30 signature cocktails will include the Neapolitans, grappa blended with gin, limoncello, grapefruit and lemon; Prescott's Punch made of tequila infused with Lady Grey tea, apricot conserve, white wine, pressed apple, lemon and absinthe.
