Bella Italia, Prezzo and Five Guys to open in Manchester development
Bella Italia, Prezzo and Five Guys are all set to open new restaurants near Manchester.
The trio have signed up to take sites at Ashton Leisure Park just east of the city, as part of a development by Legal & General Property (LGP).
The creation of the new retail development will see 10,750 sq ft of new restaurant space added.
Each of the three new restaurant operators has taken 15-year leases in a newly created triple-unit catering terrace at the park. Five Guys has a 3,500 sq ft space, while Bella Italia will take 4,000 sq ft, and Prezzo will take 3,250 sq ft.
Ashton Leisure Park currently comprises a IMAX Cineworld cinema, a Hollywood Bowl bowling alley and five restaurants, including Chiquito, Nando's, Frankie and Benny's, Eat Inn Chinese Buffet and a Harvester pub.
