Former two-Michelin-starred chef Eric Chavot has returned to London after a three-year hiatus. Brasserie Chavot is housed in the Gallery next to the Westbury hotel in Mayfair, which was previously the Connolly shop. It features banquette seating as well as a bar at the back, serving seafood and charcuterie.
