Brew restaurant and café group to open fifth site

Brew, the south London restaurant and café group, is to open its fifth site, in Chiswick.

The 2,050 sq ft, 75-cover unit is expected to open in mid to late October on Chiswick High Road, on the site of what was tapas bar La Mancha. It will offer an all-day menu inspired by Melbourne, Australia, including dishes such as homemade brunch, "blackboard" lunches, informal dinners, fresh juices and its usual brand of wood-fired pizzas, named Hellfire Pizzas.

All Brew sites receive daily deliveries from the central Brew kitchen, which makes sourdough bread, burgers, and cakes, while all eggs used in every location are from Burford Brown hens.

Commenting on the new opening, owner Wells said: "We are delighted to be opening our fifth store in such a fantastic location on Chiswick High Road. The area is full of families, which fits very well with our demographic and we're very much looking forward to welcoming all of the locals and giving them a taste of what Brew has to offer."

London-based Restaurant Property advised on the deal.
