BRGR.CO to open Chelsea site

Beirut-based burger restaurant business BRGR.CO's long-awaited second site is to open in London's Chelsea this winter.

The first BRGR.CO opened in the UK in Soho in December 2012 and its new sister site will launch this December at 127 King's Road in Chelsea.

A Chelsea site was originally announced in June 2013 but was delayed.

The new restaurant will use cuts of 28-day aged beef from the Duke of Buccleuch Estate in South West Scotland, served in 4oz, 6oz or 8oz options.

In addition to outdoor terrace seating, the restaurant will boast artworks including cow heards in display throughout the restaurant, created by local artists and designers.

The 80-cover restaurant will open from 12pm through to 12am from Monday to Thursday, 12pm through to 12.30am on Friday, 10am through to 12.30am on Saturday and 10am through to 11.30pm on Sunday.
