Brighton's Indian Summer restaurant to relocate

Indian Summer restaurant in Brighton is moving to larger premises to satisfy demand in the city.

After a £900,000 investment in the new site, the restaurant will reopen on Brighton's East Street on 28 May.

He added: "While it's nice to be full, turning away so many potential customers, isn't brilliant business.

"By moving next door to our existing premises, means the restaurant will be closer to the sea."

The new site will create 37 new jobs for kitchen, bar and front of house staff.
