Bryn Williams to head kitchen at Odette's
Welsh chef Bryn Williams is to become head chef of Odette's in north London when it reopens after refurbishment next month.
The 70-seater restaurant, part of the Vince Power Music Group, will feature modern European cuisine with a strong French base. Williams said: "It's a great opportunity to take on a new venture."
Williams, who took part in the cook-off for the Queen's 80th birthday, had previously overseen the opening of Galvin at Windows at the Hilton on Park Lane, but left six weeks ago to work on the Odette's project.
Front of house will be managed by Joseph McColgan, who has overseen Spiga and the opening of the Pigalle Club, both owned by Vince Power.
Located in the fashionable Primrose Hill area, Odette's was bought by Power this spring.
