Byron to open Milton Keynes site

Byron is to open a new 4,500 sq ft restaurant in Milton Keynes shopping centre, thecentre:mk.

The new site, which is adjacent to thecentre:mk's Destination Dining, which is home to Carluccio's, Nando's, Café Rouge and Yo! Sushi, is scheduled to open in spring 2014.

Gavin Murray, asset manager, Hermes Real Estate Investment Management, an investor in the shopping centre, said: "Momentum at thecentre:mk is gathering pace as awareness of the centre's dominance of such a strong catchment continues to grow. The arrival of Byron is a key milestone, with the brand's quality complementing the existing critical mass of premium dining we have recently introduced."
