Chef Eats Out host picks up third in Coup de Monde

Roux scholar and co-host of Caterer's forthcoming Chef Eats Out André Garrett has come third in the Academie Culinaire de France Coup de Monde in Paris.

Garrett, head chef at Galvin at Windows on Park Lane, also won best fish dish in the prestigious competition, which takes place every two years.

Garrett, who is also one of only 16 chefs in the UK to hold the Master of Culinary Arts accolade, will be co-hosting Chef Eats Out at Windows on 27 November 2006 with boss Chris Galvin.

To reserve a place, at £45 per head, please e-mail lisa.goold@rbi.co.uk your details (name, job title, establishment and address) and the number of places required, and we'll fax across a booking form.

Closing date is 15 November and places are limited.
