I loved English and maths

What was your first job in catering? I worked at a delicatessen that also did catering. I loved it!

What do you normally have for breakfast? Porridge

What do you do to relax? I go to sleep

What's your favourite hotel? Hotel Neri in Barcelona

What is your favourite drink? Genmaicha tea

Which ingredient do you hate the most? Kidneys

Are there any foods that you refuse to cook with?

What flavour combinations 
do you detest? There are not many combinations I detest,
but lack of seasoning 
is a pet hate of mine

What do you always carry 
with you? Hand cream, but I never remember to use it
